Delivery

Close-Outs and Sales are non refundable.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
If you need your product by a specific date please notify use at the last page of the check out under shipping and printing instructions OR call us Monday - Friday 10a.m to 4p.m and speak to a sales rep.

Important notice for our International Customers – Including Canada For orders shipping outside the U.S. - local duties and/or taxes may be assessed upon delivery. These fees are not charged by Wristbandinfo.com during checkout; therefore please consult your local customs office to determine these charges. We are not responsible for these duties and/or taxes.

Note that delivery dates outside of the U.S. are essentially "estimates", and in no event will TrendyWristbands.com be liable for any consequential damages arising from delays in delivery.

Shipping around the holidays, UPS and FED/EX hold on to ground shipments. Please email or call us if you need it by a specific date.

If this happens and you are not satisfied with your order you can return the product and we will refund your money minus the shipping charge fees. Taxes
(For Florida orders only)

All taxes or charges of any nature whatsoever, now or hereafter levied, by any Government of Local Subdivision, either directly or indirectly, upon any products or sale thereof, described herein or upon the subject matter hereof, shall be paid by the buyer, or added to the purchase price if paid by the seller.

 

Return of Goods

The buyer shall under no circumstances be entitled to a cash refund of the purchase price. Customer assumes sole responsibility for accuracy and use of artwork and indemnifies WristbandInfo.com in the event of any claims for copyright infringement by signing/approving an artwork customer certifies that they are legally authorized to use such logo, trade names, trademarks, etc.

ARTWORK PRINT JOBS: These can not be returned unless we made a mistake.
